  2.   Atomic Email Logger (later EML)

  7.   1. All copyrights to EML are exclusively owned by the author -
  8.      AtomPark Software, Evgeny Medvednicov
  9.  
  10.   2. You can use EML so long as you want, but to reach all functions
  11.      you must purchase it. Ordering tips can be found in order.txt
  12.  
  13.   3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  14.      use EML on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, 
  15.      at a time.  The registered EML software may not be rented or 
  16.      leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  17.      it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  18.      the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  20.   4. The EML unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  21.      with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  22.      not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  23.      distribution of EML without written permission from the copyright
  24.      holder. The EML unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  25.      distributed with any other package without written permission of
  26.      the copyright holder.

  28.   5. To purchase EML, you must fill registration on-line form and
  29.      pay $39.85. See order.txt to get full instructions.

  31.      Registering the program you receive a 1-Year registration
  32.      key and free access to the technical support by e-mail.
  33.      After 1-year period you can upgrade your key for the
  34.      special low price on our site. Otherwise you can not
  35.      install newer versions.

  37.   6. EML IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  38.      KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  39.      THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  40.      OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  41.      THIS SOFTWARE.

  43.   7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  44.      decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  45.      licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  46.      provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  47.      result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  48.      may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  50.      All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
  51.      Medvednicov Evgeny, AtomPark Software.

  53.   8. Installing and using EML signifies acceptance of these terms
  54.      and conditions of the license.

  56.   9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  57.      EML files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
